Summary of Admissions and Enrollment Procedures:

1. A Prospective Student Information Form submitted, unless space is available.
2. If space is not available and child is placed on the waiting list, a visit is required to secure the waiting list space.  
   
3. If space is available, an Enrollment Contract submitted 
4. Enrollment Fee of $100 received, non-refundable
5. Depending on age, Roulhac's may want to evaluate your child for proper class placement.
6. Parents receive a Priority Information Packet
7. Priority Information Packet completed and submitted.
8. Current Tennessee Immunization Certificate submitted with Priority Information Packet
9. Copy of Birth Certificate submitted with Priority Information Packet
10. Roulhac's will review any psychological or speech/hearing evaluations

​*Enrollment Contract, $100 Enrollment Fee, Priority Information Packet, current Tennessee Immunization Certificate, & Birth Certificate must be on file in the school office before class attendance begins.
*Children entering the Preschool and Junior Kindergarten classes may be evaluated for proper class assignment.   

Priority Admittance is as follows:

1. Students enrolled in the preceding year
2. Siblings of students enrolled in the preceding year
3. Alumni
4. Returning families from prior years
5. All others

*Within each Priority Group, the date on the Enrollment Contract or the Prospective Student Information Form determines the order of listings.
